Indow is a good idea but I don't think I am the ideal customer. I have a house from 1899 and wanted to increase energy efficiency without unsightly exterior storm windows. My windows are not square and the sill not uniform so the Indows really questionable if they will do any good. I have a decent seal but over time we will see if it lasts - Im not feeling good. The Indow shipping department is a mess. I got a 500 pound crate that was half full. No, literally 50% full at most! It took 2 hours to cut the "eco" crate down into something I could discard and I still have a double pallet to cut up. I think this irritated me more than anything. It would be an easy fix but they need someone with some engineering and logistics knowledge and that is obviously missing. This should hav been the easy part. The finished installation looks pretty bad unless you have curtains up to hide it and fortunately I do in most places. The corners bunch up and it looks really bad. The gasket is not white. It is like an aged white rubbery plastic and it just feels and looks like it will not last like I wanted it to. Spent $7000 on Indow and wish I had just bout unsightly storm windows.
