We ordered a Komodo Vivarium & some other bits. Correspondence was very informative, ours needed to come on a pallet so this was arranged without any issues, turned up when told it would, fully protected inside & outside the box, strapped to the pallet so it wouldn’t move during transit. Even the delivery driver helped me lift it up my front steps so I wouldn’t have to leave it outside.
Will defiantly be using again once I have my Chameleon!
