This is the second order from this company and not had a bad batch yet. I used pets at home but unfortunately their stock hasn't been reliable. Here everything come frozen and it's normally next day if not 2 days and even then everything is still as it should be. Prices are good for what you get. Packaging is neat and fits in the freezer with room to spare. Snake loves his variety of food and I'm glad I found somewhere where I can get everything I need.
