Why would anyone send a basking lamp, via post without using protective packaging and having fragile item written on the packaging. Lamp delivered smashed in pieces, not surprising really! After over a week of emailing (also an item was not delivered, apparently consignment had been split by DPD) and having to send a package back with a smashed bulb in, I was asked if I would like the missing item resending, which I confirmed I did, for the very next day confirmation of a refund for the missing item and the smashed bulb.
Unfortunately I will not be using internet reptiles again (this was my first time I used them) as anyone who thinks it’s acceptable to send a fragile item without any protective protection and having to email for a week with concerns and chasing up, which could be solved in a 5 minute phone call isn’t worth the hassle.
