Excellent customer service. Order very often from Internet Reptile. Good choice and stock levels. This time the uvb bulb I ordered was broken upon receipt. The packaging was all in good order so can only assume it had been dropped during transit. Contacted Internet Reptile via email and responded quickly and immediately sent out a replacement which arrived quickly and in good order. Could not ask for more. Excellent, well worth 5 stars.
