I've ordered from this shop a few times over the past couple years and they've been really reliable. I recently ordered an arboreal vivarium off them, on the day of delivery I received a call to say that the staff would prefer to deliver the vivarium themselves, as opposed to a courier, in fear that damage would be done to the vivarium during transport. I appreciate this level of care with products greatly
