I purchased 2 5ft vivariums from Internet Reptile. I picked them up from their warehouse in Nottingham and it's a reptile wonderland with anything a reptile would need. An employee kindly loaded the boxes into my car for me.
I ran into an issue where one of the boxes was missing the glass doors and runners for the vivarium. I contacted Internet Reptile expecting to be told "there's nothing we can do, return it for a refund" However that is not the case. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and genuinely concerned that this had happened. He contacted the manufacturer Habistat to get the missing parts sent to me. The runners and 1 glass door arrived a week later however 1 glass door was still missing. I called Internet Reptile again and understandably I was annoyed with this error, but the guy on the phone was also annoyed and apologetic that this issue wasn't fixed because he genuinely cared about my reptile's wellbeing. He contacted the manufacturer again to try to resolve the issue finally. I am still awaiting the delivery. Throughout this stressful situation I've had no bad thing to say about Internet Reptile, the issue has come from the manufacturers errors.
