I changed from my usual parcel service provider to Interparcel because of the terrible service I received. So far Interparcel has provided great service and has been on top of things when it started to go wrong with the courier company.
Customer services advisor James Giffen has kept me updated and Im glad to say, everything has turned out for the best.
