**DO NOT USE INTERPARCEL TO SEND INTERNATIONALLY**
Our business sends around 100 packages a month with Parcel Monkey, Interparcel and directly with couriers - we've had to endure Interparcel's shocking customer service over the last couple of months.
Interparcel don't advertise this but they refuse to allow couriers to charge their account for any customs fees. So if for whatever reason the customer is unable to pay the customs fees (eg if Fedex don't leave a card) then you are unable to have the package delivered and it is returned to sender at your expense! Even if you offer to pre-pay the fees to Interparcel they still refuse. This happened recently and Interparcel were totally unhelpful. You're unable to speak directly with the courier (they will only speak to Interparcel) and Interparcel will simply hang up on you instead of waiting on the line to speak to the courier. There is literally no way to pay the fees and get the package delivered if the customer isn't contacted by the courier (as often happens).
I would **STRONGLY** advise against using Interparcel for any international shipments. Save yourself the time and money and ship directly with the couriers (which now offer the same rates) or use Parcel Monkey (often better rates than Interparcel).
