Normally Interparcel are great, however, when there are problems, it is not easy to correct. On this occasion, collection failed three times (first one due to driver arriving after office closing times). A major issue is that we are not advised of a failure - quite basic really. It would be useful if your tracking system could say that instead of us having to call to find out what has happened.
I had an online chat that resulted in nothing being collected and two discussion with other personnel, also resulting in failure of collection. Eventually, James Giffin, was able to arrange a collection for me during office hours. Thank you James.
