Don't use this service. They are lying with customers and adviser are giving wrong information. I placed an order on 19 February and it was supposed to deliver within two weeks. The time mentioned was 08th March 2021. However, my parcel was not deliver in time. Today, customer adviser told me that parcel will be deliver on 16th march. This is fair, I paid for 2 weeks service not 4 weeks. For 10Kgs, I paid £62 for faster service (air cargo charge same amount for same day service) otherwise, it is very cheap to send parcel via ship. I am very unhappy with your service and false excuses. If your service is not guaranteed that you should close your business and refund the money. Interparcel website is not good and doesn’t have any informations about the product and services. don't use it.
