If your parcel gets lost or delayed, don’t expect any help. Long waits on phone, unhelpful customer service people, no reply by email, and if they cannot deliver your item through no fault of your own they will hold it until you pay HUGE extra fees, even if they cannot tell you why it wasn’t delivered or what the problem is.
I used this company for 8 years, but since 2020 they have gone downhill and I will never be using them again after my recent lost packages and no insurance payout.
