I have positive and negative feedback. Your colleague Kayleigh West was extremely helpful and efficient in responding to, and eventaully resolving the problems I had. I think she is an excellent member of your team. On a more negative note, I had two problems with a recent order (11946335). Firstly I booked a service with "no printer" required as I was in an area where I had no access to a printer. After a few minutes I received an email with the docs to print... I dealt with Kayleigh and colleagues who transferred the service to another provider (TNT), but they then called and said they needed an email address to send the docs to for printing... Frustrating... Eventually I managed to find a friend with a printer who drove approx 40km to drop them off for me. The pick up was 2 dayss late, but that was not the end of the world. I am sure these were local problems, but you can imagine that it was very irritating.
