Sent my mother in law's laptop back after fixing it. Screen smashed despite extreme packaging, so it must have taken a huge hit. Interparcel fobbed me off by claiming it was my fault for sending it as it's on the "restricted list" - which it turns out includes almost anything. Disgusting treatment. If I'd have taken the extra insurance this still wouldn't have been valid, but they'd have taken it for sure. I'm completely dissatisfied with this service, and the way I was fobbed off, and certainly will not use it again, or recommend it to anyone.
