I arranged for a courier collection and had to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. However the staff were very helpful and polite throughout the process and I received a full refund without too much hassle.
My reimbursement was handled by customer service adviser Nicole Rowland who throughout was very professional and helpful, sympathetic and a pleasure to converse with. All in all I'm satisfied with the services I've received.
