I had a query this morning due to the tracking system not working and waiting for a confirmation from you after I rang yesterday and to see whether there was an answer. Charlie (girl) answered and was quite abrupt and I am a very positive polite person and was taken aback by her attitude towards me. It only needed a kind word to reassure me that it was being dealt with and that she would come back to me asap! She did email me to confirm delivery of parcel which was good.... But I had started looking at other delivery companies due to her sharp uncaring attitude. I emailed back with a thank you and got a very polite, friendly and professional email from Megan. This made me feel I was an important customer to you and she wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Please Megan have a word with Charlie and let her know that she is `Interparcel `and what she says and how she says it reflects on everyone working there. Your Company has been great for me as a new company and I will always say thank you when its right but I also believe its important to let you know when its wrong.
