I was very pleased with Interparcel today. We used interparcel most days as we like the easy to use website and today we had to contact customer services.
We booked out a delivery and just after it was completed, and paid for, the customer contacted us to say the address we had was wrong.
So I then re-booked the delivery and emailed Interparcel to see if we could cancel the first booking.
Nicola Rowland replied within no time at all and have cancelled our order and arranged a refund.
Very pleased with the customer service received today.
