Tasha @ Interparcel was quick to correct an error whereby a service quoted and paid for on their website was not available. Rather than compound things further by asking the customer (myself) what options I'd like to take (rebook, refund, which alternative would you like a), b) or c)) she took action by booking the parcel onto an upgraded service at no extra charge
