Cannot be more terrible. Booked a collection for Wednesday and it's already Friday late evening. Waited for three whole days for the collection to come, and every time we ask we get the same response: it's still due for collection today till 9pm.
When you finally get someone to tell you the approximate collection time, IT'S A LIE.
The parcel has turned from a not so urgent one to an urgent one now, yet no one in the company seems to find waiting three days for a collection is an issue. And when do you expect the delivery would arrive by?
