I order a large amount of couriers to destinations world-wide and am very pleased with the competitive prices offered by Interparcel. When I need help, I am always offered exceptional service from Sam Kennard, who responds quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is the website - a lot of the addresses I need to send couriers to do not feature on the drop down menus. This means I have to select an incorrect address to book the courier and then phone up customer service to amend it and wait until the correct shipping labels have been issued. Fortunately Sam is always extremely helpful and efficient but it would save a lot of time if the website could be updated in a way that does not require me to put in a wrong address and then make a personal call to correct it.
