Worst parcel company in the world ....
Please take my advice and stay away from these FRAUDSTERS.
They sent me an email that my high value goods were delivered as booked which they NEVER DELIVERED. For over 6 weeks they kept telling me that they can't find my goods in their warehouses. After 6 weeks goods were declared LOST, when a claim was made they suddenly informed my the goods have now been found as they were just waiting for me to forget about these so that they can have them themselves.
The WORST PART YET TO COME, they asked me to pay to return these to myself which they failed to deliver. I paid them, they did not even give me an option to discuss this over the phone as they only communicate via email. Still waiting to receive goods for over 10 days and their customer services can't provide an update. Their manager does not want to come over the phone.
