Used Interparcel in the UK numerous times and have a very good
experience. In the very few occasions I had to contact customer services
the attitude and efficiency have been second to none.
With my last (as always) private shipment from France there
has been a lot of confusing information by SMS compared to
what was online and compared to the barcode labels.
3 items were picked up at the same location in France and
arrived separately in 2 deliveries. No damage.
