They delivered the parcel within a reasonable time, but then again that’s what I paid for. I had been worried about sending items to Canada from the U.K. but it arrived safely. Only down side was the import taxes I had to pay but they were not under control of Interparcel. I won’t be sending many parcels to Canada because the taxes are just too high
