Ive recently had 2 issues with UPS not collecting parcels on the arranged dates. The most recent problem last week, m parcel (tracking number 951216597179) was not collected on the due date. Having paid for a next day delivery I obviously failed to get the service for which I paid for.
I had an online chat with Sam who re-booked the collection and confirmed I would get a refund, I never received that !!
Now the parcel has not been delivered to my customer at all. UPS never left a contact/calling card either so my client didnt even know they had been !!
I have just finished chatting to James who has informed me that there will be no attempt to redeliver and that my client has to go to a collection access point for their parcel.
Poor service from UPS
