Usually Interparcel are very good - on time collections and deliveries. Unfortunately on this occasion last week the collection was made on time but the delivery into the US was almost a week later than stated which did not help us as the documents were needed urgently and caused us a few issues with a client.
I would normally have no problem in recommending them, but this has not been a good experience - but will give them another chance, we all deserve that in life!!!
