Used interparcel lots of times previously without issue.
Easy to use and usually great value.
Recently however I had an issue sending a bike frame.
I chose the parcel force option as I usually do with larger parcels.
When dimensions and weight we’re inputted I got a message saying my parcel was too big for that service.
Then services offered as an alternative were all upwards of £40.
I logged directly onto parcel force there was no issue. £11.49+vat and I got 15% off in the bargain!
Need to sort this one guys.
