hi Mr/Mrs survey manager, I've used interparcel many times and today I was worried about receiving my parcel and I was speaking to Sabrina online. She was extremely proffesional and was very prompt in dealing with my many requests. I was completely reassured and felt at ease even though there was absolutley nothing could do since I was stuck in a 3 hour environmental control systems. I did suggest she should get herself a mocha after such a blisteringly good performance. A true testament to the amazing customer service level of interparcel staff. A woman of her calibre should definitley be promoted to chief customer support officer. Once again I can not stress enough how good she was. I would definitley use interparcel again.
