I had never heard of Interparcel, I won an item on EBay and the seller suggested Interparcel as she had used them previously. We had both searched the Internet for a deal, the lowest we found was £30 ranging up to £76! Interparcel worked out at £18. They went to pick up the parcel on the appointed date and due to my error, went to the wrong address. No problem at all, collection was rescheduled for the next day, no penalty incurred. Collection went ahead and delivery followed the next day, (150 mile trip). The parcel arrived in good order,mI couldn't be more satisfied with service I received, thank you.
