I've used Interparcel many times and never had any problems at all. Brilliant service. Just now though, having booked a collection for Monday morning, I heard from the collection addressee that he'd forgotten a funeral he had to go to so could I change the collection to Tuesday? My heart sank when I realised that the phone lines were already closed for the weekend and to be honest I wondered if it were even possible to cancel and rearrange. I then tried the live chat line and, never having done that before, anywhere, I was doubtful. Within seconds I was connected to Becky Blyth who very quickly, efficiently and politely got it all sorted. I was absolutely amazed, such a great service. Please thank Becky very much indeed!
