Shocking service.
The tracking service showed my parcel had been delivered which it hadn't been. So I rang customer services and enquired about it they said they will me ring back but they didn't. So I called three hours later and was informed my parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and would be rectified that same day. Never heard anything from them since..........................................................................
