I booked in 1 item twice due to the recipient messing me about due to ( might not be at home ) signed for delivery.
in the end i sent bt Royal Mail signed for & if he isnt at home thats his problem.
I contacted Interparcel twice to get the 2 bookings cancelled. On both occasions i had brilliant service from Stacey McKay & Louise Evison.
Fast cancellation of the orders & refunded monies.
