I needed to check the status on a parcel going to Europe as the tracking system had not updated in a few days. I spoke with Nicole Rowland who was very helpful and asked for several details about the particular package in question. She said she would check on the delivery and get back to me ASAP. The following morning I had a an email from Nicole explaining that the parcel had been held up at a port in Poland but that it had since cleared and was out for delivery that day.
Very satisfied with customer service received.
