All I want from a courier is to get my packages to my destination on time and intact, just as I have sent them. Over the christmas period I had one parcel badly damaged, the other got "lost" (as in STOLEN) which cost me a lot of money, a lot of stress, disgruntled buyers and all I got from the online agent in return was worthless platitudes coupled with slow responses. I strongly object to paying an additional "insurance premium" for loss or damage, as in whose hands is the parcel in when it gets lost or damaged?? So far, Interparcel has been a refreshing change. Firstly, they use reputable quality couriers, not the cheap cowboys who couldn't care less whether packages get there whole or at all. Secondly, a collection was not made due to missing documents and I emailed Interparcel to ask for another collection ASAP to get the package on it's way without delay. Next working morning I got an email from Charlie Stocker in Customer Services informing me the colection would be made that day. Polite, courteous and efficient, just the way it should be. I won't be using the "cheap" couriers again and my first choice will always be Interparcel from now on.
