I would like to say a big thank you to your customer support representative Stacey McKay. I was having a problem with a tracking number not being recognised. I spoke to Stacey who confirmed that my parcel had been shipped and received at the other end and although my order did not include a signature request there was proof that someone had signed for it. Stacey very kindly sent me an email with all this info on which has been most helpful.
