As usual I find myself rushing through things like all my relationships and it didn't come as a surprise that I would be in a pickle as a result with my delivery. One failed collection later here I am writing another review of one of the exemplary staff at Interparcel. Not only did Nicole put me at ease but she ensured that my wrongs were corrected. Her professional and collected approach not only resonated with me but it reminded me of a similar encounter I once had with another one of your staff, Sabrina but I digress. Whoever is reading this I want you to go upto Nicole and tell her she's awesome because that lady is a credit to Interparcel. What originally started off as the first link off Google has now become my only domain for courier services and I will never change that provided you keep up the amazing customer service.
