I've used Interparcel for several years now and always been very happy with the service, delivery, and price. I recently sent a parcel to Russia which needed to arrive by a certain date, unfortunately it suffered from some import problems and queries (not Interparcel's fault!). I contacted the Interparcel customer service email and found they were very helpful, the advisor Rachael Smith kept me updated on the progress and my parcel was delivered on time. Great to see they back-up their deliveries with good customer service.
