We were unaware that a Courier had not delivered an important "Return Parcel" to one of our Suppliers. Interparcel advised us of the Courier's failure and assisted in ensuring delivery the next morning. On a personal level, we offer many thanks to Stacey McKay of Interparcel for her assistance.
