I have used Interparcel for all my courier requirements for some years now and have only had two items which required any additional work, both of which we not a problem of Interparcels' making. On both occasions I have been very impressed with the quality and promptness of service from Interparcel. On this occasion, Mary, very quickly sorted out the problem which related to an incorrect phone number, i was promptly kept advised of developments and received subsequent e mail confirmation from Mary that corrections had been made and a new collection date organised.
