My experiences with Interparcel have always been very good. A recent problem was resolved extremely quickly by Mary Evans, Customer Service Advisor. Mary very quickly and efficiently contacted TNT and ascertained the problem was related to an incorrect telephone number for the sender. It is quite possible this was my error. We quickly organised for the correct number to be given to TNT in Italy so that a second collection attempt could be made. Mary then also followed up by informing me by e mail when the new collection date was in place. Perfect service! There has since been an additional issue with the Interparcel Tracking system not recording the new collection and once again Mary has acted quickly and efficiently in getting this resolved. As I said I have always had excellent results using Interparcel and it is my number one place to go for courier deliveries, however if there is one weakness in the Interparcel system it is the tracking. On at least two occasions I have found the system to be inaccurate which has required contacting your customer services, which is a waste of their time and mine. If you can make the tracking system more robust everything would be perfect! However, any problems have always been solved by your excellent customer service team and on this occasion Mary Evans once again did a great job. Thank you.
