I have dealt with Interparcel for a number of years now and have always found them to have provided a service of excellence. Their staff are alway friendly and helpful, this morning is a typical example, I needed to contact Interparcel as my shipping label for some reason had not been processed . It proved to be an error made by myself but with the speed of light Sabrina sorted out the problem sent me new shipping labels and also advised that I had paid too much for the service I had required so she also arranged a refund.
