After a failure by UPS to collect booked a parcel on time, causing a delay in the recipient receiving their items, Kate HALL, who works for your company, responded to my email extremely quickly, efficiently, and reorganized the collection around my commitments. Her initial communication with me contained both an apology (despite it being UPS's error) and a promise to sort it out asap, which she did. My emails were responded to quickly and were always politely dealt with. Kate is clearly a great representative of your company and ensured everything was sorted for me. In fact, as UPS were actually 2 hours early when the parcel was collected which suggests Kate had been thorough in her reorganization of it.
Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Kate for her great customer service and time in sorting out the issue.
