Our business uses interparcel daily. We do not usually have any problems.
Last week we had a very concerning problem with one of our parcels that was being shipped to the USA with UPS. On calling interparcel and speaking to Kate Hall, we were told that she would make inquiries and inform us once she had information. She was able to do this very quickly and efficiently and resolve the problem for us.
