Parcel was sent by UPS on 2nd March 2016 next day delivery. Inquiries were made by Interparcel when it did not arrive on 3rd March and UPS Nottingham advised initially that it was they could not find it but eventually it was found and recipient received it on the Monday 7th March.
I am particularly gratefull for Interparcel in chasing up the delay and particularly Louana who resolved the issue and arranged a refund of the shipping cost which I passed on to the parcel recipient to compensate for the delay.
