Nicole Rowland answered my call. I was spitting blood and feathers trying to fill in the online booking form. It would not accept my email address as it had too many
characters ?????? and everytime I tried to input it, the form demanded my card details again.
Nicole talked me through the process and we used her email address to complete the form and she then emailed me the files.
She was polite, courteous and professional all of the time.
