Sent an item under 2kg. I was charged an extra £1.00 as they said that it was just over this. I think not.
More annoyingly I was charged an extra £3.00 admin fee on my PayPal account.
The item contents were worth about £5.00 so it cost me over £8.00 to send it.
It was a plastic drinking cup in a presentation case. How the he'll was that over 2 Kg.
