I found the system very easy to use and when I had to contact customer services to get a parcel booked for the same day collection (within the time frame), they was very swift in their help and it was very straight forward. Charlie Stocker even took the time to inform me my parcel had been delivered and at what time and who it was signed for by. This was a lovely gesture.
