Thank you so much for helping me out. I took it for granted that my parcel was delivered until l received an email from Customer Service - Annelese McBride that they driver from UPS was having difficulties to deliver the parcel. I started panicing but thank God Annelese worked with me through emails until the parcel was delivered. I will definitely use interparcel and recommend to family and friends.
