Interparcel refused to offer any compensation when one of their courier companies damaged my item despite it being inside a wooden crate and several layers of protective packaging. They deliberately make the claims process as complicated as possible in the hope that you don’t bother or give up.
Just book your parcels direct with the suppliers and save yourself the cost and hassle of dealing with Interparcel.
