Parcel arrived at destination but the carrier DPD stated that it was a larger parcel then sent out giving measurements of 63 x 50 x37cm, the parcel sent was 55 x 45 x 40,
I have rang to inform them that the parcel arrived squashed and that is why the measurements are different and to take it up with DPD carriers but they are not bothered all they want is there £30, you cant actually speak to anybody as its only on e-mail Disgraceful service!!!
