hi i have been a long customer of interparcel and these guys have been spot on each and every time the customer service is brilliant always we need more companies like this what actually do care about there customers and there parcels. i spoke to Georgia this morning querying my package and georgia within 10 seconds let me know the status of my package as i needed a more detailed up date she also asked if there was anything else i needed. its so refreshing to know you aint being hurried off and there is always a sense of real care with interparcel thats why they are and always will be my no 1 choice thanks interparcel team keep up that professional and brilliant work you guys always do H Ismet ;)
